항내 준수 사항
- 울산항에서의 이동, 정박 또는 항계를 통과하는 선박은 반드시 VHF Ch.14를 청취하여야 합니다.
- 항내에서는 항법 및 관련 법규를 준수하여야 합니다.
- 기상 악화시 정박선의 앵카 끌림여부를 확인하고 기관 준비 등 안전 조치를 취해야 합니다.
- 울산항 "E 정박지"(E1, E2, E3) 투묘시 PTMS센터에서는 화암추 등대 (북위 35°-28′.4 / 동경 129°-24′.4)로부터의 방위와 거리에 의한 투묘 위치를 지정합니다.
- 장생포 및 온산항 등 협소한 구역에서의 이동 선박은 이동 약 10분전에 예보를 하여 PTMS센터로부터 주변의 교통 상황을 미리 습득해야 합니다.
- 오염, 충돌, 화재 등 각종 사고 발생시 또는 목격할 경우에는 PTMS센터로 신고해야 합니다.
지정 VHF 채널
도선
- 묘박지 E-1 및 E-2, E-3를 제외한 곳에서의 접·이안 및 투·양묘시에는 강제 도선입니다.
- 도선사 승선 지점은 북위 35°24'16", 동경129°25'15"이며 초대형 원유선에 대해서는 북위35°23'00", 동경 129°26'15"에서 승선합니다.
- 울산항 항계 도착 2시간 전에 VHF채널 13 또는 16번으로 [울산파일럿]을 호출하여 입항 예정 시간을 통보해야 합니다.

SK장생포항부두 1번~2번
- 아스팔트 및 윤활유, 유황 수출·입 선박을 제외한 나머지 선박은 주간에만 접·이안이 가능합니다.

SK울산항부두 3번~8번
- 공선 상태의 총톤수 30,000톤 미만 및 적재 상태의 총톤수 25,000 톤 미만의 수출·입선박을 제외한 나머지 선박은 주간에만 접안이 가능하며 이안은 주·야간 모두 가능합니다.

- 야간 접안은 불가능하며 이안은 주·야간 모두 가능합니다.
청수 공급
- 묘박지에서 부선을 통한 공급은 가능하나 SK해상터미널에서는 안전상 부선을 통한 공급은 금지되어 있습니다.
연료유 공급
- 묘박지에서 부선을 통한 공급 및 SK 6, 7, 8부두에서 송유관을 통한 공급은 가능하나 SK해상터미널에서는 안전상 부선을 통한 공급은 금지되어 있습니다.

Arrival & Departure Report
Vessels subject to PTMS are to make notification to Ulsan PTMS Center on the following matters through VHF Ch. 14.

(1~2 hours prior to arrival at port boundary)

Ulsan PTMS(Port Traffic Management Service) Center
Matters to be Observed in Port
- Vessels moving through or anchoring in Ulsan Port or passing through the port boundary are to listen to VHF Ch. 14.
- Observance of navigation and related regulations
- Checking status of anchor dragging of anchored vessels in times of hostile weather and administering safety measures (preparation of boiler, etc.)
- When anchoring in 'E anchorage point' (E1, E2 and E3) of Ulsan Port, PTMS designates location via direction and distance from Hwaamchu Lighthouse. (Hwaamchu Lighthouse: North latitude of 35°-28′.4 and east longitude of 129°-24′.4)
- Vessels moving in small areas of Jangsaengpo and Onsan Port are asked to make forecast approximately 10 minutes prior to movement, thus to obtain information on surrounding traffic situation from PTMS Center.
- Report to PTMS Center when witnessing occurrence of various accidents (pollution, collision and fire, etc.)
Designated VHF Channels
Pilotage
- Compulsory for berthing, unberthinq, dropping and raising anchor except at Anchorages E-1, E-2 and E-3.
- Pilot boarding ground is located at Lat. 35°24'16"N., Long. 129°25'15"E., but for VLCCs, pilot boards at 35°23'00"N., Long. 129°26'15"E. for safety.
- ETA to be noticed to Ulsan Pilot 2 hours before arrival at port limits on VHF channel 13 or 16.

Mooring Facilities
Berthing

SK Wharf No.1 - No.2
- For vessel to load asphalt, lube oil and sulfur, berthing and unberthiing operations are permitted day and night, but the others daytime only.

SK Dolphin No.3 - No.8
- For vessel under 30,000 GRT in ballsat condition and under 25,000 GRT in loaded condition, berthing operation is permitted day and night, but the others daytime only.
- Unberthing operation takes place throughout 24 hours.

SK SBM
- No night mooring, but unmooring is carried out during darkness as well as in daylight.
Fresh Water Supply
- Available by barge at anchorage, but prohibited during stay at SK SBM, wharf and dolphin for safety.
Fuel Supply
- Available by barge at anchorage and by pipeline at SK dolphin (No.6, 7, 8 only) with 24 hours' notice, but prohibited by barge during stay at SK SBM, wharf and dolphin for safety.
